Your small business share
Sigmist is certified by the California Department of General Services as a Small Business (Micro), #2055322. On many state IT solicitations a non-small-business prime earns a preference by subcontracting 25% of its bid to certified small businesses. Our work counts toward that share, and it is a commercially useful function you can describe in one line.
We read the RFP first
When we approach a prime, we name the sections we can take on. On a recent data warehouse maintenance bid that meant the license growth cap, the monthly performance SLAs and the quarterly data release checks. You see the fit before the first call.
Defined deliverables
We scope work as fixed deliverables with a clear finish line, and the founder does the work. Scope and hours are flexible, and we are glad to take on more if your team needs it.

On request we send our capability statement, the founder's résumé in key staff format, rates and registration details. We are active on California state IT pursuits and review new solicitations every week.
